Join us for a session led by people with lived experience of supporting someone through substance use and recovery, this welcoming group offers a safe and understanding space to share experiences, gain support, and connect with others who understand the challenges you may be facing.
Whether you choose to listen or share, the session aims to provide hope, practical insight, and encouragement, helping you feel less alone while promoting wellbeing, and resilience for everyone affected.
