Hetty’s currently runs two charity shops in Nottinghamshire, one in Huthwaite and one in Warsop, with both shops offering for sale a lovely range of quality pre-loved clothing, toys, home furnishings, and bric-a-brac, as well as a brand new range of gifts, homewares, crystals, jewellery, and incense. Our Warsop shop also boasts a warm and friendly community Café where our customers can enjoy a great range of hot and cold drinks and snacks.
We couldn’t run our lovely shops without the help of our incredible volunteers. If you have a few hours per week to spare and would like to donate some time to raising funds for Hetty’s then please get in touch, we also have 12 week voluntary internships available for anyone who would like a more structured approach with a view to gaining usable work skills to support paid employment applications

Our Huthwaite shop opened in 2014 and is a large, double-fronted shop with two floors. There is plenty of on-street parking available right outside the shop, with a popular bus route just a short walk away near the local Tesco Express in the centre of the village.

Open 9:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am-1:00pm Saturdays

Our Warsop shop opened in 2015 and has been recently refurbished, with two floors and a cosy community café. Plenty of parking is available locally as the shop is just a short walk away from the Town Hall and Warsop town centre, and there are several bus stops in very close proximity to the shop. Ideally located opposite a large GP surgery also makes our Warsop shop the ideal place to pop in for a browse or a coffee whilst you wait for your appointment. We are also able to take pre-orders for any of our menu items if you are short of time, and we offer a delivery service if you’re within 3-4 minutes walking distance, which is perfect if you’re having a working lunch or attending a local training course.
We could not keep our shops open without the generous donations from local residents and friends of Hetty’s. We are always looking for donations of quality clothing, toys, bric-a-brac and homewares, and we also have a ‘rags station’ for any clothing or fabric items that you may wish to donate that aren’t suitable for re-sale (odd socks, old duvets, ripped clothing etc.). Please drop your donations off at either of our shops during their opening hours, or at our office in Mansfield; 23 Woodhouse Road, Mansfield NG18 2AF (please note that items left outside our shops when we are closed are considered to be fly tipping by the local councils so please give us a call if you’d like to check that we are open to accept your lovely items before making your journey).
If you’re a UK Tax payer, please also sign up to our Gift Aid scheme, allowing us to reclaim an extra 25% from the sale of your items at no extra cost to you!
The Humane Touch is a non-profit social enterprise business established to raise additional funds for Hetty’s, and part of this fundraising activity is an online eBay shop. This online shop holds a much larger range of brand new crystals, jewellery, incense, gifts, and homewares, and any items can be paid for and then delivered for free for collection from either of our shops with just a few days’ notice: www.ebay.co.uk/str/humanetouchcrystalshealing
Hetty’s charity shops are proud to be part of Nottinghamshire County Council’s age friendly ‘Take a Seat’ initiative: www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/care/health-and-wellbeing/take-a-seat/what-is-take-a-seat
