The kinship coffee mornings are informal groups that offer time that is just for YOU with the promise of; a friendly chat, a listening ear, the opportunity to strengthen your peer group, reduce isolation, make new friends, have a giggle, ask questions, share your story and a half decent cuppa. Themes for each month for all areas are:
January- Goal Setting. February- Communication. March- Helpful parenting models. April- How to say no without guilt. May- Emotional health. June- Coping strategies.
All groups are a mixture of themes and peer support.
