Imminent Changes to Hetty's Weekend Telephone Helpline

Dear Valued Hetty Member,
I am writing to inform you of an upcoming change to Hetty’s weekend and bank holiday telephone helpline. After careful consideration and analysis of usage patterns, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the weekend helpline service, effective January 31st, 2025.
Since the launch of Hetty’s peer district WhatsApp groups in 2023, we have seen a significant decrease in the use of the weekend helpline. While the helpline served as a valuable resource before the introduction of the WhatsApp groups, the current low usage, coupled with rising operational costs, makes continued operation unsustainable.
We understand this change may be disappointing for some members. The WhatsApp groups have proven to be a highly effective and engaging way for you to connect with peers and receive support, and we are committed to continuing to improve them.
