This workshop is open to families effected by subtance use and their loved ones, to help them to:
To plan for potential lapses, crisis, special occasions etc, (for self and others)
To plan for personal safety (all affected)
To acknowledge needs (support network, medication & education)
To think options and resources
To encourage, support and sign posting to access help and support
